Three fields of work
The name is not accidental: ratio stands for method and reason, nexus for connection. Each field is its own craft, but the approach is always the same: analyse, justify the choices, and make sure the result can carry on without me.

Web applications, internal tools and integrations for companies that need more than an off-the-shelf package but have no development team of their own. Built at a scale that fits you, with code you can still maintain later.

Business consulting & online advertising
Advice on operations, marketing and Google Ads. No thick report, but concrete choices with the numbers attached: what works, what does not, and what it costs.

Life and motivation coaching for anyone who is stuck or unsure about the next step. Personal conversations, a clearly bounded programme and a level-headed view.

How I work
Whether it is software, a consulting question or a coaching programme, the pattern is the same. Four steps, each with a clear result and a moment to stop or carry on.

Introduction
A conversation of half an hour to an hour, free of charge. You describe what is going on, I ask questions. By the end we both know whether it makes sense to continue.

Analysis
I map the situation: goals, constraints, what already exists. The result is a short, readable note with a proposal and a price.

Execution
In short cycles, with interim deliveries. You see something working early and can adjust before it gets expensive.

Handover
Documentation, explanation and a clear wrap-up. You do not depend on me to carry on.

About me
RatioNexa started in 2026 as a sole proprietorship in Amsterdam. I work where software, business operations and people meet, and I have noticed that most problems in those three areas share the same starting point: something was built, chosen or done too quickly, without looking properly first.
You will find no client logos, testimonials or years-of-experience figures here. The business is new, and I would rather show that than hide it. What you will find: a precise description of how I work and what it costs.
