How it works

  1. Explore

    Together we define the problem and the minimum the software has to do. You receive a short note with scope, assumptions and a price for the design phase.

  2. Design

    Data model, screens and technical choices on paper. This is the moment to move things around: changing course is still cheap here.

  3. Build in iterations

    Every two weeks something that works and that you can try. You see progress and steer on real screens, not on promises.

  4. Deliver and hand over

    Deployment, documentation, walkthrough. After that, optional maintenance by the hour with a monthly summary.

About pricing

I work with a fixed price per phase. After the exploratory conversation you receive a proposal with a price for the design; after the design, a price for the build. That way you know in advance what you are spending, and you can stop after any phase without argument.

Maintenance and small changes are billed by the hour, with a monthly summary of hours spent. No prepaid bundles, no minimum commitment.
